Marie Chion

Research Associate

Dr Marie Chion is a Research Associate in Biostatistics in the MRC Biostatistics Unit at the University of Cambridge.

She enjoys working on interdisciplinary projects. Her main research interests are high-dimensional data, missing values & imputation methods, (prote)omics data, genetic epidemiology, and medical applications.

Previously, she was a postdoctoral researcher in genetic epidemiology, working on new methodologies for detecting gene-environment interactions in cancer studies in the MAP5 Lab at Paris Cité University, France.
She received her PhD in Applied Mathematics from the University of Strasbourg, France, where she worked on developing new statistical methodologies for quantitative proteomics data analysis.
